To prepare teaching and administrative competencies who carry the message of knowledge and education and work to spread it in society, blended with values and ethics, to contribute to preparing a generation that builds the nation and achieves development in accordance with the requirements of the era, as well as to build a generation that feels educational and scientific responsibility.

- Keenness to surround students with all aspects related to scientific, cultural, and educational matters, and to keep pace with scientific developments related to their studies and academic achievement.
